Ivana Milicevic is a popular Croatian actress from former Yugoslavia presently divided into Herzegovina, Bosnia and Sarajevo. Miličević was born on 26th April 1974 to ethnic Croatian parents.Her parents are Tonka Miličević, entrepreneur and a slaughterhouse worker and Damir, an entrepreneur and a homemaker. Her parents shifted to the United States, when Miličević was just five years old and was brought up in Michigan. Ivana Milicevic started her career as a model while she was studying at Athens High School in Michigan. Milicevic became a naturalized citizen of U.S. She had all the support from her parents in entering the field of modeling.

Ivana Milicevic started her acting career just after college days when she shifted to Los Angeles, with guest roles in many television shows such as Friends, Dear, Yes, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buzzkill, The Nanny, Nash Bridges, Felicity, Charmed and Seinfeld. Modeling and television assignments kept her busy initially; but her ambition was to prove her talent in the movies. She also featured in the movies “Paycheck” and “Just Like Heaven”.

In 2001, she also appeared as Roxanne in Head Over Heels, playing the central character. In 2003, Milicevic did a character named Stacey in a popular Love Actually. In 2004, she acted as Erika Helios in “Frankenstein”. In 2006, she was seen as Jean Raynor in “The Plague”. In 2007, Miličević acted as Lena, a model's elder sister who blackmails the hero Daniel Meade after disclosing the secret that her "sister" is actually their teenaged daughter as they once went to bed in the popular television series “Ugly Betty”.
